CS2 ''No Response''
(1) Please check the battery level. Make sure the battery level is not lower than 5%.
(2) A Thread connection from a Thread border router is prefered for CS2. Connection radio can be checked in the Onvis Home app.
(3) If the connection of CS2 with the Thread network is too weak, try putting a Thread router device to improve Thread connection.
(4) If CS2 is under Bluetooth 5.0 connection, the range is limited to BLE range only and response is slower. So if BLE connection is poor, please consider setting up a Thread network.
